Rubber tiles are environmentally friendly and ecological because they are made from 100% recycled material. The rubber tile flooring is produced by grinding vehicle tires into granules, pigmenting them to add color, and adding binders in specific ratios, resulting in a dough-like mixture. The resulting rubber compound is pressed at specific temperatures into slabs ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in) thick in various shapes to create rubber floor surfacing. Our manufactured rubber tile varieties are available in 50 × 50 cm sizes, with thicknesses of 2 – 2.5 cm (0.8-1 in), and are produced in gray and yellow colors.
