Product Features Rubber block flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100% recycled rubber. The rubber flooring is produced by granulating used vehicle tires, pigmenting them for color, adding binders in specific ratios, and forming a dough. This dough is then pressed at controlled temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in). Our rubber block flooring is manufactured in 100 × 100 cm units with thickness options of 2 cm (0.8 in), 2.5 cm (1 in), 3 cm (1.2 in), 4 cm (1.6 in), and 5 cm (2 in), available in tile and black colors. Thanks to its large size, the rubber blocks are suitable for a wide variety of applications, including overpasses, machine undersides, industrial and factory laboratories, children’s play areas, fitness zones, walking paths, feeding farms, terraces, balconies, school yards, nurseries, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool edges, bike trails, garages, stables, and barns. Rubber coverings are flexible, protective, and shock‑absorbing. They provide sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire‑resistant properties. The material is resistant to sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions. Its slip‑resistant surface ensures reliable safety.
