Product Features The rubber block flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100% recycled material. The rubber flooring is manufactured by grinding vehicle tires into granules, pigmenting them for color, and adding binders in specific ratios to form a dough. The resulting rubber dough is then pressed at certain temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in). Our rubber block flooring material is produced in dimensions of 100 × 100 cm (39.4 x 39.4 in) and thicknesses of 2 – 2.5 – 3 – 4 – 5 cm (1-1.2-1.6-2 in), available in tile and black colors. Because of its large size, the rubber blocks are used as floor covering in overpasses, machine platforms, industrial and factory laboratories, children's play areas, fitness zones, walking paths, feed farms, terraces, balconies, school yards, nurseries, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool sides, bicycle paths, garages, barns, stables, and similar extensive spaces. Rubber flooring is flexible, protective, and impact‑absorbing. It provides sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire‑resistance properties. It is resistant to sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions. Its slip‑resistant nature makes it a safe choice.
