Product Features Block rubber flooring materials are environmentally friendly and ecological because they are made from 100% recycled content. The rubber flooring is produced by granulating vehicle tires, pigmenting them for color, and adding binders in specific ratios to form a rubber paste. The resulting rubber compound is pressed at controlled temperatures into blocks of 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in) thickness in various shapes. Our block rubber flooring material is manufactured in 100 × 100 cm sizes, with thicknesses of 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5 cm (2 in), available in tile and black colors. Rubber block is used as flooring in wide areas such as overpasses, machine decks, industrial and factory labs, children's play areas, fitness zones, walking paths, feed farms, terraces, balconies, school yards, nurseries, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool sides, bicycle trails, garages, haylofts, and barns. Rubber coverings are flexible, protective, and impact‑absorbing. They provide sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire resistance. They are durable against sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions. Their slip‑resistant property ensures safety.
