Each rope consists of six strands wrapped around a robust core of polyamide, each strand encased in a polyamide sleeve with 24 steel reinforcement wires, totaling 144 steel reinforcement wires. The ends of the cable feature an attached aluminum sleeve and a galvanized steel wear bar with a connection loop. Edge ropes contain a sturdy core of steel cables wrapped instead of a polyamide core, providing reinforcement for a total of 168 steel reinforcement wires. Connector Balls: A single solid aluminum ball, compressed to withstand a force of 150,000 lb (667 kN), prevents movement of the connection form and early cable wear. Support Structure: Made from cold‑formed round‑section steel tubes, minimum 114 mm (4.5 in) diameter with at least 2 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness, conforming to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards. Tubes are welded with high‑frequency welding and painted by sandblasting followed by a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Process: All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine bead material is sprayed with compressed air to open pores, then the parts undergo a degreasing bath at 70 °C for 10 minutes (5 % concentration), followed by a phosphating bath at 50 °C for 15 minutes (1 % concentration). After rinsing and drying, the components are coated with a durable polyester‑based electrostatic powder and baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Welded joints are fully painted after welding to prevent corrosion.
