Each strand consists of a polyamide sleeve housing 24 steel reinforcement wires, wrapped around a solid core for a total of 144 steel reinforcement wires. Both ends of the cable feature an aluminum sleeve with a galvanized steel wear‑resistant rod‑type connecting loop. Edge ropes contain steel cables wrapped around a polyamide core for a solid core of 168 steel reinforcement wires. Binding Balls: A single compressed aluminum ball, designed to replace a 150,000 lb (667 kN) force, prevents movement of the connection form and premature cable wear. Support Structure: Cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and wall thickness of at least 2 mm (0.1 in), conforming to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, welded by high‑frequency welding within standard tolerances and dimensions. The tubes are sandblasted and then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder finish applied in an oven‑baked process. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal components are first sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for optimal paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are then sprayed with pressurized air to open additional pores. After fabrication, components undergo a 5 % oil‑removal bath at 70 °C for 10 minutes, followed by a 1 % iron bath at 50 °C for 15 minutes. Subsequent rinsing and drying are performed. The parts are then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 180‑200 °C oven for 20‑30 minutes. All welds are subsequently masked and the entire product is painted as a single piece to prevent corrosion.
