SKU: SS-009871
Age Range: 5 – 12 years Capacity: 3‑6 Persons Footprint: 487×701 cm (192 x 276 in) Footprint: 34.13 m (1344 in)² Fall Height: 120 cm (47.2 in) Climbing Ropes: Will be 16 mm (0.6 in) diameter, UV‑protected and fire‑retardant polyamide (nylon) cable. Each rope consists of six strands wrapped around a solid core that contains a total of 144 steel reinforcement wires (each strand has a polyamide sleeve with 24 steel reinforcement wires). At each end of the cable there is a connection loop attached to a finished aluminum sleeve and covered with a galvanized steel wear rod. Edge ropes will have a solid core made of steel cables wound around a polyamide core for a total of 168 steel reinforcement wires. Connection Spheres: To prevent movement of the connection form and early wear of the cable, a single compressed aluminum sphere will be used, capable of withstanding a force of 150,000 lb (667 kN). Carrier Construction: Will be fabricated from circular‑section steel tubes that meet TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed and welded by high‑frequency welding within standard tolerances. The tubes will be sandblasted and then powder‑coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic paint. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal parts will be sandblasted to remove oil, grime and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine‑ball material inside a pressure‑resistant cabin will be sprayed with compressed air to open pores and clean the metal. After coating with polyester‑based electrostatic paint, the parts will be baked in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Then they will be rinsed in a 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath for 10 minutes, followed by a 50 °C, 1 % iron rinse for 15 minutes, rinsed again, and dried. The final coating will be cured in a 180‑200 °C oven for 20‑30 minutes. All welds will be painted as a single coat to prevent rust.
