No varnish, coating, or finish containing toxic chemicals is applied, providing a baby‑safe surface. Design: The minimalist Scandinavian style features a natural, functional look with beech’s characteristic grain and light color. As the child grows, the front rails can be removed to enlarge the space, turning the crib into a versatile bedroom piece. The recommended internal mattress height is up to 20 cm (7.9 in); a double‑sided Little Visco mattress can be added for proper height and comfort. The door opening can be positioned left, right, or center when viewed from the foot. Why solid wood?: Solid construction is suited for daily use and long‑term investment, offering a high‑quality sleep environment.
