DESIGN: A decorative rattan backrest on the front rail is carefully mounted with wooden slats by skilled artisans. The rattan is sturdy and adds a warm, elegant touch. As your child grows, the front rails can be removed to create a wider, more open space, adapting the piece for toddler and youth use. The crib is part of the sophisticated Scandinavian Souffle Room Set. Although the crib appears to sit directly on the floor, it is designed with an internal mattress placed on panels that are 4 cm (1.6 in) high, providing insulation and preventing cold from the floor. The recommended internal mattress height is up to 20 cm (7.9 in); you can add our double‑sided Little Visco mattress to achieve the proper height and comfort.
