The pine retains its distinctive grain and light colour, which we have preserved to showcase its texture. As your child grows, the front rails can be removed to create a wider, more open look, making the piece suitable from childhood through teenage years. This transforms the crib into a versatile, aesthetic bedroom element. Spacious drawers beneath the crib help keep the room organized. Drawer pulls are available in straw, wood, or cloud‑shaped options, matching the Souffle Room Set, Wardrobe, and Dresser. MONTESSORI APPROACH: The Montessori‑inspired Odin crib encourages independence and exploration. The bed base sits low to the floor for easy access. Although it appears to sit directly on the floor, a 4 cm (1.6 in) high panel creates a raised platform for an internal mattress, providing insulation and keeping the child away from cold surfaces. The recommended internal mattress height is up to 20 cm (7.9 in). It can be complemented with a Little Visco double‑sided mattress for optimal height and comfort. The door orientation can be right‑hand, left‑hand, or centered when viewed from the outside. WHY SOLID WOOD?
