Metal tube profiles are manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 20 mm (0.8 in). Surfaces are pretreated with phosphating to ensure good paint adhesion, then coated with polyester-based electrostatic paint and cured at 200‑220°C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material is 1st grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Wood sections are cut with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm (0.1 in) and dimensions within +/- 20 mm (0.8 in). Knots are limited to four per meter, each not exceeding one quarter of the part width. No rotten, split, or fallen knots are allowed. Ring cracks are absent; fine cracks up to 1‑2 mm (0.1 in) may be present. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, one per meter, are permitted. No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. Manufacturing defects are excluded; any deviation is within specified tolerances. Bending, impact, torsion, and twist limits are defined as a fraction of the part dimensions. Metal Supports: Support legs are made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile measuring at least 40 x 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Units: Four seating units, each 22 cm (8.7 in) wide, 100 cm (39.4 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Seating supports are fabricated from 40 x 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Each seating unit is fastened with eight 40 x 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood slats using special galvanized screws. Table: Table top measures 100 x 100 cm (39.4 x 39.4 in), formed from 40 x 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood slats with a decorative diamond‑shaped pattern cut by impregnated specialty blades. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, made from 40 x 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Impregnation: All wood components are pressure‑treated for durability.
