Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria per meter: knots – up to 4 solid knots, total knot diameter not exceeding ¼ of the piece width; no rot, defects, partially fused or missing knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are allowed. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow permissible end‑grain and longitudinal cracks within tolerance. Resin pockets: maximum one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping, sucking resin, inner bark, decay cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the defined tolerances apply. Bending: not to exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact: not to exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting: not to exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Shear bending: tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from four pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a motif. The height of the support legs will be 220 cm (86.6 in). Roof: The roof joists of the gazebo will be fabricated from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each joist will be milled for shaping. The tops will be fastened with wood‑screw pressure‑treated clapboard or fiber material. The clapboard will be fitted with wide‑head zinc‑plated nails and covered with an American‑style shingle roofing material. At the eave, at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑tipped, motif‑cut wood laths will be attached to the roof joists with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will use two‑corner‑cut, diamond‑tipped laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) fastened to the support structure on one side and to the eave board on the other. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) diamond‑cut wood and attached with galvanized screws. The entrance door uses two pieces of wood at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). Table: The table measures 60 cm (23.6 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and 70 cm (27.6 in) high. Table legs are made from 78 cm (30.7 in) high, 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) metal profile painted with electrostatic powder coating. The tabletop consists of six wood laths, each at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), spanning 120 cm (47.2 in). Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange with a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, then drilled with a 12 mm (0.5 in) hole. Anchors will be bolted to the legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and provides firm foot anchoring. Gazebo anchors will be welded to at least two sides of the flange with a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in) offset. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
