Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter of wood will contain up to four sound knots; the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defect, partially fused, or missing knots will be present. No ring cracks will be allowed; fine micro‑cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may occur. Pressure‑treated conditions may permit head and length cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length per meter, with only one pocket allowed; no dripping or pulling resin will be present. There will be no inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects—only deviations within the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting will stay within 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Flexural tolerance will be between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and painted with white lacquer. Main Supports: Six support legs will be made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped specialty knives to create a motif. The legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: The gazebo roof’s supporting slats will be 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be routed for shaping. The slats will be fastened with wood screws to either cladding or fiber material. Wide‑head special nails will attach zinc‑coated membrane to the cladding, followed by wide‑head nails that secure American‑style shingle roofing (known as "shingle"). On the front beam, at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑tipped motif wood slats will be installed with galvanized screws. The roof frame will be assembled using twelve 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws or polymer adhesive; galvanized wood screws will be used where the main supports meet the roof. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) base plate; two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the legs and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable foot installation. The gazebo anchors will be welded to the flanges, covering at least two sides of each column.
