Wood sections will be manufactured with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include knots (up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding ¼ of the piece width), no rot, defects, partially fused or fallen knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated lumber may have permissible head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length and only one may appear per meter; no dripping or pulling resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances apply. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Shear bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four support legs will be made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to create a motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof support slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be shaped on a router. The slat tops will be fastened with wooden pressure‑treated boards or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with large heads will secure tar paper membranes to the boards, followed by shingle roofing (American ceramic shingle). On the eaves, 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden slats with diamond‑cut motifs will be attached to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will use eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑cut blades, joining the main support to the eave board. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws; connections between main supports and roof will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑cut motifs. Frames are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood pieces cut with diamond‑cut special knives and attached with galvanized screws and clear wood adhesive. The gate will use five pieces of at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wood (two for the door and one on each side). Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating slat. Four decorative wooden slats per side are shaped with diamond‑cut knives and fixed with galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate drilled for two anchor bolts. Each plate will have three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and connected to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Flange welding will wrap at least two sides of each leg with a 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg for floor attachment. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
