Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) • Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: - Knots: Each piece may contain up to four solid knots. The total knot diameter will not exceed ¼ of the piece width. No rot, defective, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks are permitted. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated wood may contain head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: Each piece may have at most one resin pocket, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes are allowed. - Manufacturing Defects: No defects beyond the specified tolerances. - Flexure: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Bowing: Bowing will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Main Supports: Support legs will be made from four pine lumber pieces, minimum 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped custom knives to create a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). • Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be routed to shape them. The slats will be fastened with wood screws to a wooden veneer or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will attach the veneer, followed by American cedar shingle (shingle) installed with the same wide‑head nails. The eave board will receive decorative wooden slats (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will consist of eight slats (minimum 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in)) cut at specific angles, each attached to the main support on one side and the eave board on the other. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main support‑to‑roof connections. • Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with specially cut diamond‑tipped knives. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. For the gate, five pieces of wood at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) will be used (two for the door and one on each side). • Seating Unit: The seating unit includes nine wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)). One end of each leg is attached to the support, the other end to the seating slat. Four decorative wooden slats per side will be shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fastened with galvanized screws. • Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the underside of each support leg, with two 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates drilled for anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the support legs and to the ground using steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable foot installation. Gazebo anchors will be welded to at least two sides of the flange with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑support connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the anchor‑to‑ground connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked.
