Shingle Color: Red Seating Unit: Included Table: Not included Wood Specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be 1st class pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: Knots – each meter may contain up to 4 solid knots. Knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total board width. No rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots. Cracks – no ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated conditions may allow acceptable axial and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, maximum one per meter. No leaking or draining resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Deflection – will not exceed 1/50 of member length. Impact – will not exceed 1/100 of member width. Twist – will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Flexure – will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: The support posts will be made from six pieces of pine timber, each at least 90 x 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and given a decorative motif. The height of the support posts will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo’s roof framework will be constructed from 50 x 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden rafters. Two corners of each rafter will be routed to shape them. The top of the rafters will be screwed with either wooden boarding or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with large heads will fasten zinc‑coated membrane sheets onto the boarding. The roof will then be covered with American cedar‑shingle style roofing material, fastened with large‑head nails. On the eave board, at least 30 x 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden strips, cut with diamond‑tipped knives and bearing a motif, will be attached to the roof rafters with special galvanized wood screws. For the roof connection, eight pieces of at least 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, each corner cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will form a roof connection frame, linking one side to the main support and the other side to the eave board. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws; the main support‑to‑roof connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Guardrails): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are made from 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood that has been sanded on all sides and edged with a decorative motif using diamond‑tipped knives. The frames will be mounted to the main support with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are made from 40 x 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives and will be attached with galvanized screws and transparent wood glue. Upper Panels: The upper guardrail width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Upper guardrail frames are also made from 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with decorative edges. They are fastened to the main support with special galvanized wood screws. The same 40 x 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) decorative wood pieces are used and installed with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of six wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to a seating frame. Four diamond‑tipped, motif‑giving knives shape each side of the seating frame, which is then secured with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support post, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the footings with screws, and the structure will be tied to the ground using steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and secures the support posts. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding at least two sides of a 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange. Six special screws will be installed per foot, and two dowel screws per foot for ground connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
