Shingle Color: Red Seating Unit: Included Table: Not included Wood Details: The raw material is 1st‑class Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable characteristics per meter include up to four solid knots, each not exceeding ¼ of the piece width. No rot, defects, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance limits. Pressure‑treated impregnation may cause acceptable axial and transverse cracks, provided they remain within specified tolerances. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with only one per meter; no leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes are allowed. Manufacturing defects are prohibited; deviations are limited to the defined tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length, impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width, twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and slight bowing is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Six load‑bearing legs are made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, shaped with diamond‑tip knives. Each leg is 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof Structure: The gazebo's roof frame consists of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden rafters, milled at both ends for shape. Rafters are fastened with wood screws to lap boards or fiber panels. Zinc‑coated nails secure zinc‑coated membranes to the lap boards, followed by American cedar‑style shingle roofing attached with large‑head nails. A front board, sized at minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) and patterned with diamond‑tip knives, is mounted to the rafters with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame uses eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) pieces cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tip knives. All fixed connections use stainless steel wood screws; the main support‑to‑roof connections use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood pieces, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tip knives. They are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood sections, also shaped with diamond‑tip knives and installed with galvanized screws and clear wood adhesive. Upper Panels: The upper railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Upper railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood pieces, sanded and edged similarly to the lower frames and attached with galvanized wood screws. Decorative intermediate pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood sections, installed with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: The seating unit includes six 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the support structure and at the other end to the seating frame. Four diamond‑tip knives shape each side of the seating frame, which is fastened with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes are drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the supports and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and stabilizing the legs. Gazebo anchors are welded to flanged plates on at least two sides using a 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld. Each leg receives six specialty screws for the vertical connection and two dowel screws for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
