Wood sections are cut with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter may contain up to four sound knots, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width. No rot, defect, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. No ring cracks are permitted; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are acceptable within tolerance. Pressure‑treated resin pockets may appear up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, limited to one per meter, and must be free of leaking or pulling resin. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are excluded; deviations are limited to the stated tolerances. Bending may not exceed 1/50 of the part length, impact marks not more than 1/100 of the width, and twist not more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Deflection of the shaft is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth and coated with white lacquer. Main supports: Six 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine beams, machined with diamond‑tip knives, form the support legs. Each leg is 240 cm (94.5 in) high. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; roof‑to‑support joints employ specially galvanized wood screws. Upper railings: The upper rail width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Construction mirrors the lower rail, using 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood and 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) decorative motifs, all fastened with galvanized screws. Seating unit: Six L‑shaped wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) are attached—one end to the support column, the other to the seating frame. Four diamond‑tip motif‑shaped wooden members are bolted to each side of the seating frame with galvanized screws.
