Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood used in production must meet the following criteria: Knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated environments may produce head and stem cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – at most one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, insect holes, or manufacturing defects are permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are acceptable. Bending: deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact: impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist: for each meter of length, twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in). Sword bending: deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length will be tolerated. Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded to remove splinters. The wood will be painted with a white lacquer. Primary Load‑bearing Members: The carrier legs will be made from six pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 x 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a motif. The height of the carrier legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 x 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each slat will be shaped on a router. The tops of the slats will be fastened with wood‑grade pressure‑treated lumber or fiber material. On the lumber will be mounted zinc‑coated membranes with wide‑head special nails, followed by American cedar shingle roofing material attached with the same nails. The eaves board will use slats at least 30 x 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will consist of eight slats, each at least 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in), cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives; one end is mounted to the carrier, the other to the eaves board. All fixed connections will be made with stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the connections between the primary carrier and the roof. Pigeon Loft: The pigeon loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in), and the roof slats will be made from 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber. Additionally, 30 x 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden batten strips will be installed between the upper and lower 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber at 30 mm (1.2 in) intervals. The slats will be fastened with shiplap wood lamellae and galvanized nails, followed by zinc‑coated membranes and American cedar shingle (clover‑leaf pattern) roofing material. As rafters, 90 x 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) lumber shaped with a diamond‑tipped special motif knife will be used at the ends of the roof slats. Bottom Panels (Railings): The bottom railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides and edged with a special diamond‑tipped knife. The frames will be mounted to the primary carrier with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are produced from 40 x 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) lumber cut with a special diamond‑tipped motif knife and attached with galvanized screws and clear wood glue. Top Panels: The top railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Railing frames are made from 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides and edged with a special diamond‑tipped knife. They will be mounted to the primary carrier with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 x 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) lumber cut with a special diamond‑tipped motif knife and attached with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of six wooden legs, each at least 4 x 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), attached to the carrier on one end and to the seating frame on the other. Four wooden seating frame slats per side, shaped with a diamond‑tipped special motif knife, will be fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange of 18 x 13 x 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to the bottom of the carrier legs, with a 15 x 8 x 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) slot for welding. Two bolt or anchor holes of 13 x 8 x 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) will be drilled, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes of 15 x 8 x 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) will be drilled in each plate. The anchors will be screwed into the base of the carriers and connected to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and secures the carrier legs to the floor. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness around a minimum of two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the connection to the vertical supports, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating baked in an oven.
