Shingle Color: Green Seating Unit: Included Table: Not included Wood Characteristics: The raw material used for manufacturing will be first‑class Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: • Knots: Four solid knots per meter may be present; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots are allowed. • Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible within specification limits. • Resin Pockets: At most one resin pocket per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only tolerances apply. • Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. • Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. • Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. • Blade Deflection: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. • Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from six pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and given a motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof Structure: The gazebo’s roof framing will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each frame will be shaped on a router. The top of the frames will be fastened with wood‑screw deck cladding or fiber material. Clapboard will receive zinc‑coated membranes and be fastened with wide‑head special nails. The roof will then be covered with American “kiremidi” shingle, a type of shingle, using the same wide‑head nails. The eave board will be made from minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives and fixed to the roof frames with galvanized wood screws. For the roof connection, eight pieces of 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will form a roof‑connection frame, attached to the support legs on one side and to the eave board on the other. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Upper Panels: The upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood and attached with the same screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood, edged with diamond‑tipped knives, and fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws and a clear special wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit includes eight wooden legs of at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), each attached to a support leg at one end and to a seating frame at the other. Four diamond‑tipped, motif‑giving knives shape each side of the seating frame, which is fastened with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg a flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to a plate of 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in); two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the supports with screws and secured to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and ensures stable footings. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness on at least two sides. Six special screws will be inserted per support leg for the connection to the vertical members, and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint in a baking oven. Impregnation:...
