Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter may contain up to four sound knots, whose total diameter does not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. Defective wood such as rot, splits, or partially fused knots is excluded. Cracks are limited to hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)). Pressure‑treated sections may show minor head and length cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with only one per meter, and must be free of dripping or pulling resin. No internal shells, cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects are allowed; only the specified tolerances apply. Bend, impact, twist, and shear tolerances are limited to 1/50–1/100 of the piece dimensions as described. Primary Supports: Six support legs are made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tip knives and featuring decorative motifs. Each leg is 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof Structure: The gazebo’s roof frame uses 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood laths. Two corners of each lath are milled for shape, then covered with decking or fiber material and fastened with screws. Z-shaped membranes are attached to the decking with wide‑head nails, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing secured with the same nails. The eave board (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) is mounted with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) laths, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tip knives, joining the main supports to the eave board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; roof‑to‑support connections employ special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tip knives, then fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood and attached with the same screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railings are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and built from the same 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with diamond‑tip edges, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Decorative inserts of 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) are shaped with special diamond‑tip knives and fixed with galvanized screws and a clear wood adhesive. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden legs. Each leg is attached at one end to a support and at the other end to a seating lattice, with four decorative diamond‑tip cuts per side, secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, which receives two anchor holes. Each plate receives three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors are bolted to the supports and linked to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors are welded to the flanges on at least two sides, with six special screws per leg for the vertical connection and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Impregnation: (details omitted for brevity)
