Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Knots: up to four solid knots may appear per meter; knot diameters will not exceed one‑fourth of the part width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots will be present. Cracks: ring cracks are prohibited; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may occur. Pressure‑treated plywood may contain head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no leaking or pulling resin, no inner core, decay cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only permitted tolerances apply. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impacts will not exceed 1/100 of the part width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Deflection tolerance will be between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Support legs are fabricated from eight pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), with motifs cut by diamond‑tipped special knives. The height of the support legs is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo roof structure uses 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden beams as carrier slats. Two ends of each beam are shaped on a router, then covered with wooden batten, laminated wood, or fiber material and screwed in place. Over the batten, zinc‑coated membranes are installed with wide‑head special nails, followed by shingle roofing (American cedar shingle) attached with the same nails. The eave board uses minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden slats, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, fastened to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, one side attached to the primary support and the other to the eave board. All fixed connections use stainless steel wood screws; connections between primary supports and the roof employ special galvanized wood screws. Pigeon Loft: The loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in). Roof slats for the loft are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, with additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden strips spaced 30 mm (1.2 in) apart between the upper and lower slats. These slats are screwed with wooden battens, then covered with zinc‑coated membranes and shingle roofing as described above. The eave board for the loft uses 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood, shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif knife. Upper Panels: The upper railings are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. They are mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood pieces cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded timber, edge‑finished with diamond‑tipped knives, and fixed to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) diamond‑cut wood pieces, mounted with galvanized screws and transparent special wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit comprises eight L‑shaped wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)). Each leg is attached at one end to the primary support and at the other end to the seating beam. Four wooden seating beams per side are shaped with diamond‑tipped motif knives and fastened with galvanized wood screws. Anchors: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer; two anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) are drilled per plate. Anchors are screwed to the bottom of the supports and linked to the ground via steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable foot mounting. Gazebo anchors use a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange, welded on at least two sides. Each support foot receives six special screws, and two dowel screws connect the anchors to the ground. All metal components are finished with polyester‑based powder coating baked in an oven. Impregnation:...
