Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: - Knots: Up to 4 solid knots per meter; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotted, split, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; micro‑cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and length cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: Up to one pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot holes, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. - Deflection: Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Sawn Flexibility: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded clean of splinters and painted with white lacquer. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: The gazebo’s roof frame will be constructed from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each rafter will be shaped on a router. The rafters will be fastened with wooden cladding or fiber material, then covered with tar‑sealed membranes using wide‑head special nails. Finally, American cedar‑shingle roofing material will be installed with the same wide‑head nails. A front board will be secured with at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped knives, and attached to the roof rafters with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Specialized galvanized wood screws will be used where the primary support meets the roof. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides with diamond‑tipped knives and edge‑finished. Frames are mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs consist of 2.5 cm (1 in) thick, 10 cm (3.9 in) wide laminated wood, also mounted with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and attached to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded on at least two sides of the flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) stitch. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
