Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 300 x 400 cm (118 x 157 in) Roof Area: 370 x 470 cm (146 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) • Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions will have a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Requirements for the timber include: - Knots: Each beam may contain up to four solid knots; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No decay, rot, partially healed, or dropped knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring‑shaped cracks are permitted; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are acceptable. Pressure‑treated wood may show head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: Each piece may contain one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. Only the specified tolerances may deviate. - Deflection: Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact indentation will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Edge Bending: Edge bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. • Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from six pieces of pine timber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades that add a decorative motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. • Roof: The roof framework of the gazebo will be built from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber laths. Two corners of each lath will be routed to create a shape, then covered with wood‑grain or fiber panels secured with screws. Wide‑head special nails will attach zinc‑coated membranes to the panels, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing. The fascia board will use timber laths at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with diamond‑tipped blades and fastened to the roof laths with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main support to roof connections will use specially galvanized wood screws. • Lower Panels (Railings): The lower rail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, all sides sanded and edged with diamond‑tipped blades. Frames are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are crafted from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber cut with special motif blades and attached with galvanized screws. Two doors will use timber members at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). • Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine L‑shaped timber legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in). One end of each leg is attached to the support frame, the other end to a seating rail using four galvanized wood screws. On each L‑leg, twelve 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) rails 300 cm (118 in) long and eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) rails 100 cm (39.4 in) long, cut with diamond‑tipped motif blades, will be fastened with galvanized screws. • Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of the support legs, followed by milling of 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) slots and drilling of three 6 mm (0.2 in) holes in each 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchor bolts will be installed through these holes, and the structure will be secured to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and ensures stable footing. Gazebo anchors will be welded to at least two sides of the flange using a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws will be installed per leg for connection to the uprights, and two dowelled screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked. • Impregnation: [Technical details about impregnation to be added here.]
