Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood features include: knots – up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots; no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present; pressure‑treated cracks may be present within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: maximum length 10 cm (3.9 in), one per meter; no leaking or suction resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, no insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only the specified tolerances apply. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bending tolerances will be between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: The support legs will be fabricated from six pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to add a motif. The leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo roof’s supporting beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be routed to shape them. The top of the beams will be fastened with wood‑bonded paneling or fiber material. Wide‑head nails will secure the paneling, followed by an American cedar‑shingle roof covering. The ridge board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) laths, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, fastened to the roof beams with special galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main support to roof connections will employ specially galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), all sides sanded and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws. Two doors will use wood pieces at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine wooden L‑legs minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), each attached at one end to the support frame and at the other end to a seating rail with four wooden seating rails using special galvanized screws. On the L‑legs will be twelve seating rails minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 300 cm (118 in) long, and eight seating rails minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 100 cm (39.4 in) long, all cut with diamond‑tipped knives and installed with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg a flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded on at least two sides of a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange. Six special screws will be placed per leg for the connection to the uprights, and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
