PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions will have a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: • Knots: Each piece may contain up to four solid knots; the total diameter of knots will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, hollow, partially fused, or missing knots are permitted. • Cracks: No ring cracks are allowed; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated timber may have head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. • Resin Pockets: Each piece may contain one resin pocket up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. • Manufacturing Defects: Only the stated tolerances are acceptable; no other defects. • Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. • Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. • Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. • Compression Bending: Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. • Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. Main Supports: Eight support legs, each 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) minimum, will be forged from pine timber using diamond‑tipped special blades with a decorative motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof Structure: The roof’s load‑bearing slats will be fabricated from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be routed for shaping, then covered with wooden veneer board or fiber material and fastened with screws. Waterproof membranes will be installed on the board using wide‑head special nails, followed by an American cedar‑shingle style roofing material (shingles) also secured with wide‑head nails. The eave board will receive decorative wooden slats (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) with diamond‑tipped blades, attached to the roof slats with galvanized screws. For roof connection, eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, will form a roof‑to‑support frame, one end attached to the support, the other to the eave board. All permanent connections will use stainless steel wood screws; support‑to‑roof joints will utilize special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The upper guard rail is 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Guard rail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides, and cut with special diamond‑tipped blades that accent the edges. Frames are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative wooden separators are also mounted with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guard Rail): The lower guard rail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped blades. They are fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Additional decorative pieces (40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in)) are shaped with diamond‑tipped blades and attached with galvanized screws and a clear specialty wood adhesive. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)). Each leg is attached at one end to the support and at the other end to the seating slat. Four decorative wooden slats for the seat are shaped with diamond‑tipped blades and mounted with galvanized screws. Anchoring: At the base of each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be made in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and connected to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) steel plate, wrapped around at least two sides of each upright, and welded together. Six specialty screws will be driven into each leg for structural attachment, and two dowel screws per leg will secure the anchors to the ground. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and oven‑cured. Impregnation: (details not provided)
