Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall wood dimensions will have a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width; no rot, defects, partially fused or fallen knots. Cracks – no ring cracks; hairline cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are permissible, as are pressure‑treated cracks within specification tolerances. Resin pockets – each meter may contain one resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); no dripping or pulling resin, no inner shells, rot holes, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only the specified tolerances may apply. Deflection – may not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact marks may not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist – may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Edge bending – tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Eight load‑bearing legs will be made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and featuring a decorative motif. The leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof framing beams will be 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each beam will be shaped on a router. The top of the beams will be fastened with wood‑on‑wood laminate or fiber panels, covered with tar‑impregnated membranes secured with wide‑head nails, and then shingled with American cedar‑type shingles. The soffit will have 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative timber pieces, attached to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will use eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the primary supports to the soffit. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the primary‑to‑roof connections will use specially galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The top railings are 40 cm (15.7 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and shaped with special diamond‑tipped knives. They will be mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. In‑between decorative wooden separators will be installed and fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower rail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded timber, produced with special diamond‑tipped knives. They will be mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Additional decorative pieces measuring 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives, will be attached with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the primary support and at the other end to the seating frame. Four decorative wooden slats per side, shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will be fastened with galvanized screws. Anchorage: A 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, which will be drilled for two anchor bolts. Each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the legs and anchored to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld on at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the connection to the uprights, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Impregnation: The wooden components will be treated with pressure‑impregnation according to relevant standards.
