Product Technical Specifications: Seating Area: 500 × 500 cm (197 x 197 in) Roof Area: 570 × 570 cm (224 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood may include knots, up to four solid knots per meter; the combined knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the total board width. No rotten, decayed, partially fused, or missing knots will be present. No ring cracks will be present. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible and must fall within the specified tolerance limits. Pressure‑treated timber may show head and foot cracks that comply with the relevant specifications. Resin pockets may appear up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, limited to one per meter; dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes will not be present. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only deviations within the defined tolerances are allowed. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length, and impact will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist will be limited to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Bow‑deflection tolerances of 1/50 to 1/100 of the member length will be accepted. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove any splinters. Main Supports: Eight supporting legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, each shaped with diamond‑tipped special knives. The supporting legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof’s main beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each beam will be routed to shape them, and the top of the beams will be fastened with wooden shiplap or fiber material. The shiplap will be covered with tarred membranes and secured with wide‑head special nails. The roof will then be clad with American cedar shingles (known as “shingle”). A soffit board, sized at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) and also shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will be attached to the roof beams using galvanized wood screws. For the roof connection, eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will form a roof‑to‑support frame, with one end attached to the main support and the other to the soffit board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws will be used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Pigeon Loft: The loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in), and the roof beams for the loft will be made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden slats will be installed between the 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) upper and lower timbers at 30 mm (1.2 in) intervals. The slats will be fastened with shiplap, tarred membranes, and wide‑head nails, then covered with the same American cedar shingles. An eave board, using 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) timber shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif knife, will be installed at the ends of the roof beams. Upper Panels: The upper guardrails are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Guardrail frames, sized 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), are sanded on all sides and edged with specially treated wood using diamond‑tipped knives. These frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces, measuring 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), are also crafted from wood shaped with diamond‑tipped motif knives and will be attached to the guardrail frames with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames of 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) are sanded on all sides and edged with specially treated wood using diamond‑tipped knives, and will be fixed to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. The same 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) decorative pieces will be installed with galvanized screws and clear special wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), with one end attached to the main support and the other to the seating frame. Four diamond‑tipped motif knives will shape each side of the wooden seat beams, which will be fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will be welded onto the flange, and two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) threaded holes. Anchors will be installed with screws at the base of the supports and connected to the ground via steel dowels. This protects the timber from water exposure and secures the support legs. The gazebo anchors will be fabricated from 2.5 mm (0.1 in) steel plates welded on at least two sides. Six special screws will be placed on each leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the anchor‑to‑ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked.
