Product Features - The vertical (axial) seesaw is designed with a maximum free fall height of 1250 mm (49.2 in). - The seat’s maximum tilt will be 20°. When measured in the balanced position, the seat height above ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). - Footrests can be provided according to the design, but must be shaped to prevent foot pinching. - The seesaw seats will be made of rubber material with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Shot Blasting - All metal components will undergo shot blasting according to the standards listed below before painting. Shot blasting increases paint adhesion and removes rust, oil, weld spatter and other surface defects. - After shot blasting, the parts will be washed and dried in a phosphate bath, then coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder that prevents solar heating of the metal. The coating will be cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 10 minutes. Fasteners, Nuts and Washers - All bolts, washers and nuts used in the playground system will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or bolts will be present in any part of the playground set.
