Seating Area: 43 x 250 cm (16.9 x 98.4 in) hc:50 Safety Area: 243 x 450 cm (95.7 x 177 in) Product Features: - Vertically moving (axial) seesaw designed to have a maximum free‑fall height of 1250 mm (49.2 in). - The seat's maximum tilt angle will be 20°. Measured in the balanced position, the seat height above ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). - Footrests may be added as part of the design, but they must be shaped to prevent foot pinching. - The seesaw seats will be fabricated from rubber material with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb). Electrostatic Powder Coating and Sandblasting: - All metal components will undergo sandblasting according to the standards listed below before painting. (Sandblasting removes rust, oil, weld spatter and other defects by bombarding the steel with abrasive particles, improving paint adhesion.) - After sandblasting, the material will be washed in a phosphate bath, dried, then coated with a polyester‑based powder paint that protects the metal from solar heating. The coated parts will be cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 10 minutes. Fasteners: - All screws, nuts, and pins used in the playground system will be galvanized. No protruding nuts or screws will be present on any part of the play set.
