Product Features Seating Area: 250 x 100 cm (98.4 x 39.4 in) h:50 Safety Area: 400 x 200 cm (157 x 78.7 in) - The vertical moving (axial) seesaw will be designed with a maximum free-fall height of 1250 mm (49.2 in). - The seat's maximum tilt will be 20°. In the balanced position, the seat height above ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). - Footrests may be provided as part of the design, but they must be designed to prevent foot entrapment. - The seesaw seats will be made from rubber material weighing at least 2 kg (4.4 lb) each. Electrostatic powder coating and sandblasting: - All metal components will be sandblasted according to the standards listed below prior to coating. Sandblasting enhances paint adhesion by removing rust, oil, weld spatter, and other contaminants. - After sandblasting, the parts will be washed and dried in a phosphate bath, then coated with a polyester-based powder paint that prevents solar heating of the metal. The coating will be cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 10 minutes. Paint, fasteners, and washers: - All bolts, pins, and nuts used in the play system will be galvanized, and no protruding fasteners will be present anywhere on the play set.
