Connection clamps and hanging fittings are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint: Electrostatic Powder Coating Products are manufactured in‑house and available in various colors. Electrostatic Powder Coating Process: After sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphating, the parts are coated with a lead‑free, polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. During sandblasting, oil, dirt, and rust are removed, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
