Paint: Electrostatic Powder Coating Products are manufactured in‑house and color options are available. Grit Blowing and Electrostatic Powder Coating Specifications Electrostatic powder coating process: after grit blasting, degreasing and phosphating wash, drying, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Grit blasting removes oil, dirt and rust that would prevent painting, creates a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The blasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads with compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After blasting, all metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
