The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. Product weight is approximately 3.5 kg (7.7 lb); with the chain the total weight is about 7.5 kg (16.5 lb). Capable of supporting up to 100 kg (220 lb). Mounting clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint: Electrostatic powder coating Our products are manufactured in‑house and are available in various colours. Electrostatic powder‑coat process: after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphate wash, and drying, the metal parts are coated with an 80‑110 µm thick lead‑free polyester‑based powder. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by pressurised air inside a pressure‑rated cabinet. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with the powder and then cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
