Paint – Electrostatic Powder Coating – Oven Cure: - Products are manufactured in‑house and available in a range of colors. - After sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphating, the metal parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder at a thickness of 80‑110 µm. - Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads sprayed with pressurized air. - After coating, parts are cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 30 minutes.
