One polyethylene parent seat swing seat. Design allows parent and child to swing simultaneously. The child seat is shaped like a cradle and wraps the body for safety. The parent seat provides easy seating and a comfortable posture. Standard galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. Load capacity up to 100 kg (220 lb). Mounting clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundation. Electrostatic Powder Coating Products are manufactured in‑house with color options. Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphating, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint at 80–110 micron thickness. Sandblasting removes oil, grime and rust, creates a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine steel beads propelled by compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes.
