Covered Picnic Table (Metal) 225(L) x 180(W) x 243(H) Seating Area: 180 x 225 cm (70.9 x 88.6 in) Height: 245 cm (96.5 in) • Metal Features: All metal components for manufacturing will be painted by furnace baking with a polyester-based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a tolerance of approximately ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To remove oil, dirt, and rust that could hinder painting, the metal parts will be treated with a phosphate coating to create pores for better paint adherence. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with polyester-based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes to complete the painting process. • Wood Features: The wood material to be used is first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a tolerance of approximately ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of approximately ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include knots (up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width), no rot, defects, or split knots. No ring cracks will be present; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may occur. Pressure‑impregnated wood may have acceptable head and body cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length and only one per meter; no leaking or pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes will be present. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances may apply. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length, impact markings will not exceed 1/100 of the width, twisting will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and edge bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded to remove splinters. • Main Supports: Four support legs, each minimum 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑furnace‑coated metal profile. The support leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). • Roof: Roof supports will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑coated metal profile. The rafters on the profiles will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with two corners routed for shaping. The top of the rafters will be fastened with wood, laminated board, or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will attach zinc‑coated membrane sheets, followed by shingle roofing (American cedar shingles). The front board will feature wooden rafters (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) machined with diamond‑tipped special knives and mounted with galvanized screws. All fixed connections will use special galvanized screws. • Bottom Support: The bottom support of the covered picnic table will be fabricated from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑coated metal profile. The bottom support profile, table profiles, and bench profiles will be mounted with special galvanized screws. • Seating Unit: Two opposing seating units each have a seating width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height 45 cm (17.7 in). Seating unit support parts will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑coated metal profile. The seating unit will include eight minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats, and the backrest will have six minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in) wooden slats, all mounted to the metal profiles with galvanized screws. • Table: The table measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from wood slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) that have been pressure‑impregnated and machined with diamond‑tipped special knives. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑coated metal profile. • Anchor: A flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the bottom of the support legs, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) clearance cut; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the underside of the supports and connected to the floor with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the support legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to a minimum of two sides of 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and baked.
