Covered Picnic Table (Metal) 225(L)x180(W)x243(H) Seating Area: 180 × 225 cm (70.9 x 88.6 in) Height: 245 cm (96.5 in) Metal Features: All metal components will be powder coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To remove oil, dirt, and rust that could hinder painting, the metal parts will be phosphated to create a porous surface before painting. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width; no rot, decay, or broken knots; no ring cracks, though fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present; pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance; resin pockets – at most one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), with no leaking or drying resin; no inner bark, rot pockets, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only the specified tolerances apply. Bending – not exceeding 1/50 of the part length; impact – not exceeding 1/100 of the part width; twisting – not exceeding 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; compression – between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length; sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four support legs, each 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will be made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. The leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof supports will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Rafters will be 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber, with two corners of each rafter shaped by routing. The rafter tops will be fastened with wood, laminated board, or fiber material. Zinc‑plated membranes will be attached with wide‑head specialty nails, followed by shingle roofing (American cedar shingles). The front board will have 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) timber rafters with decorative knife‑cut patterns, mounted with galvanized screws. All fixed connections will use special galvanized screws. Lower Support: The lower support for the covered picnic table will be fabricated from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile and bolted to the table and bench frames with galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposing seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Seating frame components will be 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. For each unit, a minimum of eight 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) timber slats and six 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in) timber backrest slats will be mounted to the metal frames with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) timber slats pre‑cut with decorative knife patterns. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Anchoring: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer will be welded; two plates (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be drilled for anchor bolts, each plate receiving three 6 mm (0.2 in) holes. Anchors will be installed with screws into the support legs and fastened to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange, using three screws per leg for structural connection and two screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
