Picnic Table (Wooden Top) 145(L)x162.5(W)x75(H). Seating Area: 145 x 162.5 cm (57.1 x 64 in). Height: 78 cm (30.7 in). Metal Features: All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based coating and baked. Metal tube profile dimensions will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. To ensure proper adhesion, the metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt and rust, then treated with a phosphating process to create a porous surface before coating. After fabrication, the metal components will receive a polyester‑based electrostatic paint and be cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable characteristics include knots (up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width), no rot, no split or fallen knots, and no ring cracks. Fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated specifications allow for acceptable axial and radial cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with a maximum of one per meter. No dripping or sucking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects are permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the part width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Flexure of the blade will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Units: Two opposing seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 145 cm (57.1 in) long, and 41 cm (16.1 in) high. The seating unit carrier brackets will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Each seating unit will be attached with six galvanized screws to 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats on the metal profile. Table: The tabletop measures 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in) and will be fabricated from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats cut with a pressure‑treated, diamond‑tipped special blade. Table legs will be 70 cm (27.6 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Impregnation: The wood components will be pressure‑treated (impregnated) for enhanced durability.
