Metal features: All metal components for manufacturing will be painted with powder coating and baked. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. Surfaces will be prepared by removing oil, dirt, and rust, then treated with a phosphating process to create pores for better paint adhesion. After fabrication, metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood features: The wood material used will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include knots (up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width), no rot, defects, or missing knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated specifications allow for acceptable head and side cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length may appear, limited to one per meter, with no dripping or sucking resin. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing deviations are limited to specified tolerances: bend does not exceed 1/50 of the piece length, impact does not exceed 1/100 of the width, twist does not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, sword‑bend tolerances between 1/50 and 1/100, and all visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Metal carriers: Carrier legs will be made from electrostatically powder‑coated metal profile measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating units: Two opposite seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Their carrier parts will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile, and each unit will be mounted with six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats secured with special galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 81 × 180 cm (31.9 x 70.9 in) and is fabricated from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats, featuring a pressure‑treated diamond‑pointed motif. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and constructed from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile.
