Metal features: All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Tube profiles are fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), and surfaces are pre‑treated with a phosphating process to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Wood features: The tabletop is made from first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Wood sections are cut to a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) in thickness and ±20 mm (0.8 in) in width. Each meter may contain up to four sound knots not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defect, or split knots are allowed. Ring cracks are not permitted; fine hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are acceptable. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length may appear, limited to one per meter. No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, insect holes, or manufacturing defects are present. Bending is limited to 1/50 of the piece length, crushing to 1/100 of the width, twisting to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and warping to 1/50–1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Metal supports: Support legs are made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating units: Two opposing seats, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Seat supports are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles, fastened with galvanized screws to six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats. Table top: The 81 × 180 cm (31.9 x 70.9 in) tabletop is crafted from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats, featuring a diamond‑shaped, impregnated, special‑cut pattern. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and constructed from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
