Picnic Table (Metal Legs) 145(L) x 175(W) x 75(H) Seating Area: 140 x 175 cm (55.1 x 68.9 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) Metal Features: All metal components will be painted using a polyester‑based powder coating applied in a furnace. Metal tube profiles will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). To ensure proper adhesion, the metal surfaces will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then prepared with a phosphating process that creates a porous surface for painting. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must be free of knots larger than one‑quarter of the piece width, rot, defects, or split rings. Only fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length may be present, but no leaking or pulling resin. No internal rot, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending may not exceed 1/50 of the piece length, impact marks not more than 1/100 of the width, twist not more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and edge twist between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in), painted with electrostatic powder coating. Seating Unit: The seating width is 40 cm (15.7 in), length 140 cm (55.1 in), and height 45 cm (17.7 in). The seating supports are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically coated metal profiles. The seating unit will be attached with eight galvanized screws to 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden lathes on metal profiles. Table: The tabletop measures 80 × 140 cm (31.5 x 55.1 in) and is fabricated from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden lathes with an oval motif cut using diamond‑tipped impregnated blades. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically coated metal profiles.
