Metal Features: All metal components will be painted with a polyester‑based powder coating and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profile lengths will be manufactured with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). To ensure good paint adhesion, the metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then treated with a phosphating process to create a porous surface before painting. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with an electrostatic polyester‑based paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be produced with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: knots – up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width; no rot, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots; no ring cracks; fine cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible; pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and side cracks within tolerance; resin pockets – at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, with no leaking or pulling resin; no inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact will not exceed 1/100 of the part width; twisting will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; flexure will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length; sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Unit: The seating unit has a width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 145 cm (57.1 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Its support components are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profiles. The seating unit will be mounted with eight galvanized screws attaching 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats to the metal profiles. Table: The table measures 72 × 145 cm (28.3 x 57.1 in) and is made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats cut with pressure‑treated, diamond‑tipped special blades to give an oval motif. The table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and are fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profiles.
