Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To remove oil, dirt, and rust and to ensure good paint adhesion, the metal parts will be treated with a phosphating process that creates microscopic pores before painting. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with polyester-based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. • Wood Features: The wood material used will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Wood characteristics include knots (up to four solid knots per meter, not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width), no rot, defects, or split knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated specifications allow for head and body cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, with at most one per meter, and must be free of drips, cracks, or internal voids. No insect holes, decay cavities, or manufacturing defects beyond the stated tolerances. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the part length, impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the part width, twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and cross‑grain bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Main Supports: Four carrier legs, each 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will be made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. The leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). • Roof: Roof supports will be fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Laths of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) hardwood will be attached to the profiles, with two corners milled for shaping. The laths will be fastened with hardwood, laminated, or fiber material, then covered with tar‑impregnated membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. The roof will be finished with American cedar‑shingle roofing material installed with wide‑head nails. The ridge board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) hardwood laths shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted with galvanized screws. All permanent connections will use special galvanized screws. • Lower Support: The lower support of the covered picnic table will be made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. The lower support, table frame, and bench frames will be assembled with galvanized screws. • Seating Unit: Two opposing seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Seating frame components will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Each seating unit will include eight minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) hardwood laths, and the backrest will use six minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in) hardwood laths, all fastened to the metal frames with galvanized screws. • Table: The table measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is constructed from hardwood laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. • Anchoring: Flanges of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in each 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be installed with screws beneath the carrier legs and secured to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable leg mounting. Gazebo anchors will be welded on at least two sides of a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange, with six special screws per leg for the vertical connection and two dowel screws per leg for floor attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
