Covered Picnic Table (Metal) 225(L) x 180(W) x 243(H) Seating Area: 180 x 225 cm (70.9 x 88.6 in) Height: 245 cm (96.5 in) Metal Features: All metal components for fabrication will be painted by oven curing with a polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To ensure good paint adhesion, any oil, dirt, or rust on the metal will be removed and the surface prepared with a phosphating process that creates pores for painting. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes to complete the coating. Wood Features: The wood material used will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be manufactured with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) for dimensions and ±20 mm (0.8 in) for length, as required by the project. The wood must meet the following criteria: knots—up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width; no rot, decay, or split knots; no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated wood may contain head and foot cracks within the specified tolerance limits. Resin pockets—no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, with at most one per meter; no dripping or sucking resin, no inner shell, no rotten cavities, and no insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only deviations within the specified tolerances. Bending—should not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact dents—should not exceed 1/100 of the part width. Twisting—no more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; flexure—tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. Sanding—all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Main Supports: Four support legs made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles will be fabricated. The height of the support legs will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: The roof carriers will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The rafters will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each rafter will be shaped on a router. The top of the rafters will be fastened with wooden tongue‑and‑groove boards or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with large heads will secure waterproof membranes to the boards, followed by the same nails to attach an American cedar shingle roofing material. On the soffit, decorative wooden rafters (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) machined with diamond‑tip knives will be installed with special galvanized screws. All fixed connections will use special galvanized screws. Lower Support: The lower support for the covered picnic table will be made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. The lower support profile, table profiles, and bench profiles will be assembled with special galvanized screws. Seating Unit: Two opposing seating units provide a seating width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). The seating frame components will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. For each seating unit, eight wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six back‑rest slats (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)) will be fastened to the metal frames with special galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is constructed from wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) treated with pressure‑treated, diamond‑tip knives for decorative patterns. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchorage: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, then a plate (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will receive two dowel or anchor holes, and each plate will be drilled with three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. The anchors will be installed with screws onto the supports and secured to the floor with steel dowels. This prevents wood from contacting water and ensures the support legs are firmly mounted. Picnic gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges (minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness) on at least two sides. Six special screws will be used per leg for the vertical connections and two dowelled screws per leg for floor attachment. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and oven cured. Emprenye: Pressure‑treated.
