Picnic Table (Metal Legs) 170 (L) × 170 (W) × 75 (H) Seating Area: 170 × 170 cm (66.9 x 66.9 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) Metal Features: All metal components will be painted with a polyester‑based powder coat and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profile dimensions will be manufactured with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). To ensure good paint adhesion, metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then treated with a phosphate coating to create a porous surface before painting. After fabrication, the metal components will receive a polyester‑based electrostatic coating and be cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable defects include up to four sound knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width; small hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance limits. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, one per meter, may be present. No rot, split, or insect damage will be allowed. Bending, impact, torsion, and twist tolerances are as specified. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs will be made from electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Unit: Four seating units, each 22 cm (8.7 in) wide, 100 cm (39.4 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. The seating supports are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit is fastened with eight galvanized screws to 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels on the metal profiles. Table: The table measures 100 × 100 cm (39.4 x 39.4 in) and is constructed from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels treated with pressure‑impregnation and decorative diamond‑shaped cutting tools. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
