Metal Features: All metal components will be painted using a polyester‑based powder coating and baked. Metal tube profile lengths are manufactured with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Prior to painting, oil, dirt, and rust are removed and a phosphate coating is applied to create a porous surface for better paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts receive an electrostatic polyester coating and are cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood used is 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris). Wood sections are cut with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Up to four solid knots may appear per meter, not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are present. No ring cracks; fine cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated specifications allow permissible head and foot cracks within tolerance. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, one per meter, without leaking resin. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are absent; only the specified tolerances apply. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact not more than 1/100 of the part width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Deflection tolerances are between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs are a minimum of 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) metal profiles painted with electrostatic powder coating. Seating Units: Two opposite seats, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 145 cm (57.1 in) long, and 41 cm (16.1 in) high. Seat supports are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically coated metal profiles. Six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats are mounted with galvanized screws to the metal profiles. Table: The tabletop measures 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in), fabricated from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats with pressure‑treated, diamond‑tipped knives.
