After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include up to four sound knots per meter, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, defective, partially rotted, or fallen knots are allowed. No ring cracks will be present; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may occur but must stay within tolerance limits. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length may appear, limited to one per meter, with no dripping or pulling resin. No inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects are permitted beyond the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length, impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width, and twisting will stay below 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Compression‑related cracks may be present within tolerance. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Metal Carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Units: Two opposite seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). The seating frame uses 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile, secured with six galvanized screws into 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats. Table: The table measures 81 × 180 cm (31.9 x 70.9 in) and is crafted from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats with impregnated, diamond‑tipped special blades to create a decorative motif. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile.
