Picnic table with wooden tabletop and metal legs (195(L) x 180(W) x 75(H)). Seating area: 180 x 180 cm (70.9 x 70.9 in). Height: 78 cm (30.7 in). Metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Metal tube profile tolerances are ±20 mm (0.8 in). The metal parts are pre‑treated with phosphating to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Wood components use 1st‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Wood dimensions are cut with tolerances of ±2 mm (0.1 in) for sections and ±20 mm (0.8 in) for lengths. The wood is free of knots larger than one‑quarter of the piece width, decay, split, or insect damage; only small hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) may be present, with no leakage. Bending, impact, and torsion are limited to the specified tolerances (bending ≤ 1/50 of length, impact ≤ 1/100 of width, torsion ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter). Surface sanding removes all splinters. Metal carriers: foot braces are minimum 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated steel profiles. Seating units: two opposite benches each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high, mounted on 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated steel brackets and secured with galvanized screws to six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats. Table top: 81 × 180 cm (31.9 x 70.9 in), machined from minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats with impregnated, diamond‑tipped tooling. Table legs: 70 cm (27.6 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated steel profiles. The wood and metal are impregnated for durability.
