Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the overall piece width; no rot, decay, partially fused or fallen knots; no ring cracks; fine cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are allowed; pressure‑treated environmental specifications may permit head‑ and butt‑cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: no more than one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no dripping or pulling resin, no inner bark, no decay cavities, and no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted except for deviations within the stated tolerances. Bending shall not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact marks shall not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber with diamond‑tipped knives and decorative motifs. Each leg will be 220 cm (86.6 in) high. Roof: The gazebo roof’s supporting beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each beam will be routed to shape them. The tops of the beams will be fastened with wooden cladding or fiber material, then covered with tar‑impregnated membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. The roof will be finished with American cedar‑shingle style roofing material attached with the same wide‑head nails. The fascia board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative timber secured with galvanized wood screws. Roof connections will use 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) beams cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, forming a frame that attaches one end to the support leg and the other to the fascia. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with decorative diamond‑cut knives, and are fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws. The gate entry will use two 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts. Table: The table measures 60 cm (23.6 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and 70 cm (27.6 in) high. Table legs are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) metal profile powder‑coated by electrostatic finishing, 78 cm (30.7 in) high. The tabletop consists of six wooden slats, each 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), spanning 120 cm (47.2 in). Anchorage: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be welded to the base of each support leg, with a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate welded on top, and a 12 mm (0.5 in) diameter hole drilled. Anchors will be bolted to the underside of the legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing moisture contact with the wood and providing stable footings.
